Delifresh choose J & E Hall condensing units

Eleven J & E Hall condensing units are serving a specialist fresh food supplier's newly built 1200m² warehouse and distribution depot in Northumberland.  Delifresh delivers fruit, vegetables and speciality ingredients to hotels, restaurants and the catering industry.

Two low temperature condensing units operating at -20°C are serving a freezer room where various products including herbs, spices, bread and vegetables are kept.  Nine medium temperature scroll units are employed in other areas on the premises.

Two are operating in a chill room at 4°C where various fruit and vegetables are stored ready for dispatch.  Three units are running in the packing and preparation area at 5°C, while four more units are serving a dispatch area operating at 5°C.  The units were supplied by FSW (Bradford).

Delifresh sales director Reuben Sutterby was impressed by the quality of the J & E Hall equipment.  He said "J & E Hall's reputation and track record was taken into account when choosing the refrigeration equipment for the new premises."
